The Old Arts Building on the Fredericton grounds is the most prepared school working in the country that is still in standard use for school operations.

By a 1800 typical contract, set apart by Jonathan Odell, the Academy of Liberal Arts and Sciences transformed into the College of New Brunswick. The College was succeeded by King's College, which was surrendered by renowned approval in December 1827.
